Computerized Lung Function Testing

Asthma Care/Computerized Lung Function Testing, also known as Spirometry, is available at both our Wilbraham and Belchertown offices. This testing provides accurate, objective assessment of your child’s lung function and can help our doctors determine the lowest effective dose of asthma controller medications. It is recommended to be done at least annually for children (older than 8 years) and adolescents with asthma, especially those who take a daily controller medication or those with asthma symptoms more than 2-3 days per month.
