After Hour Calls
All after-hour calls to our office will be handled by our answering service. All non-urgent requests will be forwarded to our office and addressed the following day during normal business hours. If you are calling for advice regarding your sick child, these calls will be handled by our Nurse Triage Telephone Service. Normal wait time for your call to be returned by our triage service is approximately thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes. The triage nurse is able to offer supportive care and advice, however they are unable to fill prescriptions or make appointments. Please keep this in mind during weekends and holidays.

Jaime Thayer-Awoniyi, one of our Integrated Behavioral Health Providers, has decided to leave PAM to pursue a private practice. Her last day with us will be May 2nd, 2024.
Jaime writes the following to our patients: “It has been so wonderful meeting and working with so many of you. I will truly miss you all and helping to support you through tough times and seeing you thrive in the good times. I will be finishing up my time at PAM by the beginning of May. I have no worries that you all are left in the wonderful and capable hands of Rachel Koblosh (Wilbraham) and Nicole Santos (Belchertown).”

Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine (PAM) was established in 1987 in Wilbraham, Massachusetts. In 2005, the Belchertown office was opened.
Our mission is to provide excellent quality pediatric medical care to infants, children and teenagers in a safe and nurturing environment. We address issues of children’s physical and mental health with an understanding of their unique developmental needs and the needs of their caregivers. Our staff stands ready to provide compassionate, respectful, supportive and confidential care to all children and families seven days a week.
In addition to routine well child evaluations and caring for acute illness, our doctors provide ongoing care for chronic conditions such as asthma, ADHD and developmental/behavioral concerns. Our doctors admit seriously ill children to Baystate Medical Center. We are integrated into the Massachusetts health care community and have access to an extensive referral network should specialty care be required for your child.

Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine Awarded MHQP 2023 Patient Experience Award
We are excited to announce that for the second year in a row, Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine has received an award from Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MHQP) for being one of the top practices in Massachusetts for patient experience in primary care.
The “MHQP Patient Experience Awards” is an annual awards program introduced in 2018 by MHQP, a non-profit measurement and reporting organization that brings together providers, health plans, and patients to improve the quality of patient care experiences in Massachusetts. MHQP conducts the only statewide survey of patient experience in primary care in Massachusetts.
Awards were given to top overall performers in adult primary care and pediatrics in each of nine performance categories. Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine received recognition for the following award for pediatric care: Ease of Access to Care.
