Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine Lynda B. Tagliavini, C.P.N.P, M.S.

A Letter to All My Patients and Families at Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine (PAM) from Lynda B. Tagliavini

It is with bittersweet feelings that I am letting you know that I will be retiring at the end of August from the practice.

I am happy to be moving into a new chapter in my life, but have mixed feelings as I close the relationships I’ve had with you and your children over these past six years. It has been a joy and privilege to have been part of your lives, to have been entrusted with the care of your children and families, and i will greatly miss these relationships.

In choosing a new primary provider, one of the things that makes PAM a family-centered practice is that everyone here is equally vested in the best interest of your child, and all of my colleagues are wonderful pediatricians/NPs .

Thank you for entrusting me with the care of your children; I will miss you all. Be well!

Best Regards,
Lynda B Tagliavini, CPNP, MSN
